We are unable to confirm that this is something that actually occurred. A tour request was made via email, we responded quickly letting you know that the property could NOT be viewed at the requested time as it was tenant occupied, requiring 24 hours notice. We then offered you multiple other showing options & did not hear back from you, assuming you were no longer interested. You showed up at the property at random, called our agent, & yelled at him for not being there. Rob immediately linked the call to the office so that we could get you on the schedule as quickly as possible, offering for you to tag along on another showing in 45 mins to which you replied, "I have class." then hung up. It is strongly suggested that you ensure an appointment is confirmed by all parties, as you could be entering someone's property unbenounced to them & safety should always be a top priority. We do hope you were able to successfully procure a housing option and are happy in your new home. :)
